Last week, a friend of mine got me two addons for FS2004. The first was Radar Contact. I had heard about it but never tried it. This addon is simply amazing as it blows away the crappy default ATC in FS2004. You can read a small blurb about it (along with a link) in the FS Addons page.
The second item was "Around The World In 80 Flights" by First Class Simulations. From the FCS website..."Each of the 80 flight legs can be flown as individual or consecutive missions and are comprehensively detailed, with a flight plan, pilots notes, full briefing and a guide to many of the wonders of the world that pass beneath your wings. From man-made wonders such as the Great Pyramids and the Golden Gate Bridge, to natural wonders such as Mount Kilimanjaro, the Sahara Desert, the Indonesian Archipelago and the Grand Canyon, the entire route has been carefully chosen to showcase the breathtaking beauty of the planet."
Sounds rather interesting. I plan on starting the first leg, Farnborough UK (EGLF) to Paris Orly (LFPO), today and hopefully complete all 80 flights over the next few months. Each leg will be detalied in the flight info pages. Wish me luck!!!
